The Jungle ESC is an expedition-grade barefoot boot built for jungle exploration. It dries and drains rapidly for moisture management, and features corrosion-resistant brass hardware. A gusseted tongue helps block hazardous flora and fauna, complemented by a high-vis fluro lining for easy detection. The Michelin sole is our wildest yet, with an oversized heel lug for emergency braking on slippery surfaces. The protective, bio-inspired overlay offers high durability, without compromising breathability or mobility. Laces supplied are long, allowing you to tuck them in, or wrap them around the cuff for extra protection from leeches. And everything is crafted with synthetic, vegan* materials, selected for their resistance to decomposition in hot, humid environments.

BREATHABLE MESH: Breathable, lightweight and comfortable.
RAPID DRAIN AND DRY: Mesh construction provides efficient drainage and keeps out sediment and debris, while water resistant materials ensure the boot doesn't absorb water, keeping them light and comfortable.
TOUGH RUBBER COMPOUND: Strong, non-marking rubber compound for sticky grip and high-abrasion when you need it most.
HI-VIZ LINING: Brightly coloured internal lining to help spot unwanted flora and fauna inside before pulling them on.
VEGAN*: *The main materials in all our Vegan* products are synthetic and aren’t derived from animals. We don’t (yet) have the transparency we need over the production of all the small components (such as adhesives and dyes) used in these products to ensure they meet vegan best practices. So, whilst we believe the shoes are vegan, we’re not yet able to guarantee it and want to be fully transparent.
